Dan Cormie - Pastor
Pastor Dan and Kathy met at church in 1983 and were married in the summer of 1987. The Lord has blessed them with three, now adult, sons and three wonderful grandchildren all of whom are the joy of their lives.
After graduating from Bible College in Halifax, Dan spent seven years as a youth pastor and a single year as a church-based Bible school administrator before making the decision to leave the familiar security of home in order to become church-planters in Winnipeg.
Fast forward 23 wonderful, difficult, challenging, and rewarding years and Dan and Kathy arrived together, ready to serve the family of God at Braeside EMC. Their confidence is in the Lord. Their hope is in the certainty of His ability. He is the One who works in and through His people to produce enduring fruit to the Glory of His Name.
Celeste De los Rios- Administrative Assistant
Growing up in church, Celeste has always served in one way or another.
Since being at Braeside, she has been a volunteer for VBS and a Sunday School teacher, with her newest role being Braeside’s Administrative Assistant.
Celeste is always busy; aside from working, being a wife and mother, Celeste is also a small business owner.
